Thank you for your continued trust and support! Recently, we have noticed discussions online regarding order deliveries. To ensure transparency, we would like to clarify the situation.
The main reason for this order dispute is that the shipping information was incorrect, and the logistics company was unable to contact the recipient via the provided phone number, resulting in a failed delivery. The customer has already filed a chargeback with the bank and received a full refund (see images 1 & 2).

This customer placed two separate orders on our website, purchasing three pairs of Gamma 1 sneakers in different colorways—the first order included one pair, and the second order included two pairs. We carefully packed and shipped the orders according to the provided details and have kept a complete shipping record for verification. According to the tracking information, all packages successfully arrived in the U.S. However, due to incorrect recipient address details and the inability to contact the recipient, the packages could not be delivered as intended. To ensure the safety of the packages, the logistics company returned them to the post office for further processing. As of now, one package has been successfully delivered (see image 3).

Additionally, we have noticed that this customer has been falsely accusing us on social media, claiming that the packages we sent were purchases from another platform. This is not true, and we want to clarify the facts to ensure accurate information is presented.
